📋 Description
• Own the vision for the entire Seller Experience platform • Drive platform modernization initiatives • Make high-judgment technical decisions • Ensure engineering practices are best-in-class • Partner with Product and Design leadership • Lead greenfield product development • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Engineering Managers • Serve as a key member of the engineering leadership team
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7+ years of engineering leadership experience managing managers • Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software initiatives • Deep understanding of modern software architecture patterns • Experience managing distributed/offshore engineering teams • Strong product sense • Excellent communication skills
