📋 Description

• Make initial contact with inbound leads generated by marketing • Qualify leads (profile, needs, and decision stage) • Schedule assessments for the clinical team • Conduct follow-ups and confirmations to improve appointment attendance (show rate) • Update information in the CRM and manage the sales pipeline • Work together with the sales team to optimize results

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in commercial/customer service, as an SDR or in sales • Good verbal and written communication • Organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented • Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM, and digital tools • High school diploma (minimum) • Home office setup (laptop and internet) • Learning mindset and adaptability
