📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders. • Understand client business models, challenges, and goals to deliver tailored solutions. • Develop and execute account plans that align with client objectives and company growth targets. • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings. • Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless service delivery. • Advocate for client needs internally and influence product roadmap decisions. • Monitor account health, satisfaction, and performance metrics. • Provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders and clients. • Forecast revenue growth and contribute to strategic planning initiatives. • Assist sales lead with contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions. • Ensure timely execution of agreements and compliance with terms. • Report to the Director of Strategic Account Management. • Some travel expected (<25%) to meet with customers and attend industry conferences and events.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of account management experience (client-facing) in healthcare IT • 4-year degree in business or related field • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Analytics, Customer Service, and Operations teams. • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret and present trends effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365. • Experience with Hubspot is a plus. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and resolve problems independently, particularly when the path forward may not be apparent • Ability to accept and provide constructive feedback.
