📋 Description

• Perform live reviews of CMRs and vehicle plate registrations submitted by External Partners • Verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted information before processing • Identify and resolve discrepancies to prevent operational delays • Follow up with External Partners when corrections or additional information are required • Own the CMR and plate registration review process • Monitor recurring errors and identify patterns affecting operational quality • Escalate repeated mistakes or recurring issues to the Team Leader • Maintain communication with internal teams and External Partners • Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and process quality

🎯 Requirements

• Fully remote contractor position • Must provide own computer, internet connection, and work equipment • Must be able to issue invoices for services rendered • Responsible for ensuring a suitable and secure remote working environment • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Flexibility and availability during agreed working hours • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills • Confidence to take initiative and work independently • Strong communication skills and ability to escalate issues professionally • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment
