📋 Description

• Representing clients at hearings; • Drafting defenses, appeals, and legal pleadings of high, medium, and low complexity; • Negotiating settlements; • Case monitoring and management; • Updating internal and client management systems; • Conducting internal audits and audits at the client's request;

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (completed); • Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration; • Experience in all stages of legal proceedings; • Experience in civil litigation preferred; • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
