📋 Description

• Monitor eviction proceedings; • Track issuance and execution of judicial orders; • Communicate with court officers to follow up on service of process, possession orders and forcible evictions; • Obtain and organize dates for diligences; • Coordinate hiring of local correspondents, transport and locksmith services; • Prepare and file substantiation of power/substitutions and procedural documents; • Monitor diligences remotely and provide operational support; • Prepare reports and periodic updates on case progress; • Update internal systems and client platforms; • Maintain direct communication with clients regarding case progress and diligences; • Liaise with registries, courts and other parties to ensure fulfillment of requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (completed); • Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory); • Experience with court diligences/field operations (mandatory); • Experience with eviction proceedings is a plus; • Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association); • Organizational skills; • Proactivity; • Dynamism; • Good interpersonal skills; • Ability to manage multiple tasks; • Initiative; and • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
