📋 Description

• Responsible for a portfolio of consumer and civil litigation cases; • Drafting all pleadings and filings for the portfolio; • Negotiating and executing settlements; • Updating the firm’s and client’s case management systems; • Monitoring case progress and court deadlines; • Performing other routine portfolio-related tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration; • Law degree (Bachelor of Laws or equivalent); postgraduate study in the area preferred; • Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law; • Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory); • Strong writing and analytical skills are essential; • Ability to work effectively in a team; • Good communication skills and professional demeanor; • Capacity to manage high volumes of work and urgent demands; • Strong oral and written communication; • Consistent attendance and reliability.
