📋 Description

• Legal advisory to non-profit entities (associations and foundations) on all matters relevant to these organizations, providing support on corporate matters, contracts, tax issues, and administrative and regulatory proceedings related to their non-profit and philanthropic nature. • The professional will be deeply involved in highly sophisticated and complex transactions and matters across the practice, including matters handled jointly with other practice areas of the firm. • The professional will participate in defining case strategies for the matters they handle, developing optimal solutions for their clients, and will be responsible for managing and advancing the work.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law (LL.B. / Bachelor of Laws or equivalent) • Advanced English • Experience in tax and/or corporate practice preferred • Previous experience in the third sector (non-profit sector) preferred
