📋 Description

• Management of a portfolio of civil cases – Consumer / Supplementary Health. • Drafting of pleadings, defenses and appeals. • Conducting hearings. • Aligning legal strategy with clients. • Updating internal and external systems. • Case monitoring and follow-up. • Other daily tasks as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law. • Postgraduate degree in the field of practice preferred. • Experience in supplementary health law. • Active OAB (São Paulo) registration. • Commitment. • Organization and ability to manage dockets/pipelines. • Proactivity. • Strong written communication skills. • Legal reasoning.
