⢠Set up, further develop and operationally lead the BIO-CH department ⢠Conduct audits and ensure compliance with relevant organic standards ⢠Develop processes and certification workflows ⢠Acquire new clients and maintain existing client relationships ⢠Work closely with internal and external subject-matter experts
đŻ Requirements
⢠University degree or at least three years of professional experience in the agricultural, food or organic sector ⢠Interest in taking on managerial responsibilities ⢠Ability to work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner ⢠Strong organisational skills and analytical thinking ⢠Proficient in common MS Office applications
