📋 Description
• Work closely with hiring managers to take job briefs. • Create engaging job advertisements and manage postings. • Review direct applications and conduct initial screening calls. • Manage our Applicant Tracking System. • Handle all interview scheduling and logistics. • Coordinate essential right-to-work documentation and manage the offer process. • Handle the closing stage by putting together competitive offers and managing negotiations.
🎯 Requirements
• 5 + years full cycle recruiting experience is required. • Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment cycles. • Deep understanding of the digital landscape. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Well-developed analytical and influencing skills. • Strong organizational and planning skills.
