📋 Description

• Responsible for leading and managing an admissions team • Provide professional, high quality customer service to potential students • Ensure campus targets are achieved while maintaining the highest level of ethics and integrity • Conduct annual performance evaluations of Admissions Representatives and Assistant Campus Director of Admissions, if applicable • Manage remote admissions team to ensure that inquiries are followed up with in a timely manner • Represent the school both on and off campus to prospective students, parents and other individuals or organizations involved in the college selection process • Conduct remote-based admissions training as required • Develop, plan and execute on-campus events and programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred • Minimum of 2 years working in higher education admissions with at least 12 months in a leadership role • Reliable high-speed internet required • Any equivalent combination of education and experience
