• Monitor debt portfolios, track financial covenants, and ensure compliance with all reporting requirements • Assist the Treasurer in maintaining optimal liquidity to meet funding needs across the EDC platform • Collaborate with finance & accounting and Project Delivery teams to prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts and budgets • Partner with the Corporate Development team on new debt financing negotiations, focusing on potential operational challenges in the debt facilities • Assist in managing monthly debt and equity capital calls • Assist in managing relationships with lenders and banking partners
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in finance or treasury management in a corporate or banking environment, with a strong background in corporate finance, external debt management and liquidity management • Experience in debt capital markets, strategic finance, investment management, and working knowledge of interest rate derivatives / hedging activities • CTP and/or CFA designation (or progress toward) preferred • MBA, Master’s degree in Finance or Business, or equivalent professional experience preferred • Advanced proficiency in Excel and excellent presentation skills; experience with treasury management systems is a plus • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment • High level of initiative, ownership, and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
