📋 Description

• Ensure a smooth application and verification process • Collaborate with the UoB iDE management team and Project Manager to establish registration platforms • Provide prospective trainees with submission instructions, links, and requirements • Issue acceptance letters and induction/matriculation details after verification and registration payment • Communicate induction and matriculation details to trainees • Monitor weekly trainee engagement on TalentLMS and ensure deadlines are met • Proactively follow up with trainees who are falling behind • Disseminate information about meetings, mentoring, exams, assessment requirements, and deadlines via email, WhatsApp, and TalentLMS • Represent Edify in the country and handle activities that arise • Participate in regular meetings to address program challenges and issues • Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the Project Manager • Work with the Program Manager to document stories of impact from the program

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Education • 3-5 years of experience in classroom teaching • Previous experience in education as an administrator, educator, or consultant is preferred • Experience in Christian ministry leadership is highly desirable • Experience as a coach or mentor is preferred • Excellent time management and self-directed initiative to meet goals • A personal confession of faith in Jesus Christ and alignment with Edify’s mission • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders • A strong willingness to learn and grow professionally • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluency in English is required • Strong technology skills, including Google Drive, database entry, email, and WhatsApp
