📋 Description

• Responsible for providing day-to-day management and leadership support for grant review projects assigned. • Serves as one of the points of contact for the client, program staff, contract personnel and corporate in the Project Director’s (PD) absence. • Executes full life cycle of grant application receipt, processing, review, and tracking. • Assists with budget development and monitoring • Provides technical assistance to applicants and grantees as needed. • Manages project team of 2 to 4 grant review specialists. • Prepares and submits vendor invoices for approval in a timely manner; reviews and reconciles client invoices. • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of six (6) years of equivalent work experience. Advanced degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience • College degree in health or science related field required • Graduate degree desired • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired • Strong leadership skills, excellent customer service orientation, great attention to detail, organizational and project management • Knowledge and experience using SharePoint and Salesforce desired. • Knowledge of Federal Government Contracting desired. • Proficient with or skilled in the use of Microsoft Office 365 required.
