• Communication with clients and within HR projects. • Lead and execute independent HR projects. • Support a variety of tasks across HR software and processes, recruiting, and HR administration. • Prepare project documentation. • Administrative activities in HR and Sales & Marketing, including social media.
• Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • At least 2 years in an HR role within a startup or dynamic company environment. • Experience implementing HR software, structures, and processes. • Very well organized, tech‑savvy, and flexible, with the ability to confidently manage changing priorities. • Proactive, well‑structured, and solution‑oriented communication. • Proficient in MS Office and Google tools, with practical experience in common HR software solutions. • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus. • Valid work and residence permit for Switzerland.
