📋 Description

• Konzeption eines Curriculums über ca. 70 Unterrichtseinheiten im Bereich Elektrotechnik-Grundlagen: Spannung/Strom/Widerstand, Schaltungen, Messtechnik, elektrische Gefährdungen, Schutzmaßnahmen, Rechtsrahmen • Aufbereitung der Schulungsmaterialien • Lernerfolgskontrollen inkl. Bewertungsschlüssel • Durchführung von Live-Sessions mit tutorieller Betreuung • Durchführung im Rahmen eines Kunden-Rahmenvertrags • Schulung von Kleingruppen mit 15–20 Mitarbeitern pro Durchgang über 2 Wochen und 70–80 Unterrichtseinheiten

🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder gleichwertige Qualifikation, z. B. Elektrotechnikermeister oder staatlich geprüfter Elektrotechniker • Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung • Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Lernmaterialien, nicht nur in der Durchführung • Routine mit LMS und Online-Schulungen • Zertifikat Stufe 2E nach DGUV Information 209-093 idealerweise • AEVO-Ausbildereignung oder vergleichbare didaktische Qualifikation idealerweise
