âą Lead the execution and ongoing evolution of European therapy development initiatives focused on patient activation, referrer engagement (CATALYST), and pathway optimization âą Partner closely with commercial field teams to strengthen engagement with referring healthcare professionals (HCPs) âą Own and continuously optimize HCP engagement strategies âą Manage the development, adaptation, and deployment of marketing and educational assets âą Drive digital engagement initiatives (e.g., newsletter campaigns and ongoing HCP communication) âą Act as a central coordination point across a highly matrixed organization âą Serve as a key point of contact for assigned European markets
âą University degree with strong experience in marketing/ therapy development/ HCP engagement, or other related roles âą Fluency in English, both written and spoken âą Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills âą Strong ability to translate complex scientific/clinical information into clear, impactful messaging âą Experience working in or closely with field/commercial teams âą Solid project management skills âą Understanding of cardiovascular space / TAVI / structural heart is a plus âą Familiarity with digital engagement tools, content platforms, or CRM-based campaigns
