• Support safe and successful adoption of PASCAL therapies by partnering with physicians, cath lab teams, and hospitals • Lead therapy activities including imaging, integration, troubleshooting, equipment, software, tools, and products used clinically • Provide intraoperative case coverage and coordinate one-on-one training and structured in-service education in the Cath Lab • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and staff on technical matters related to investigational products and procedures • Provide on-site, real-time guidance during clinical implants and contingency planning for complex clinical trial cases • Identify strategic action-plan components and recommend actions to sales representatives and managers within the territory • Document procedural case observations for learning and training updates • Collaborate with product development teams on device iterations and new device development • Identify and train hospital staff to act as designated experts on Edwards products • Perform other incidental duties
• Associate’s degree or equivalent in Associate's or technical certification (e.g., echocardiography, nursing) • 7 years’ experience of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience • Experience as clinical specialist imaging/echocardiographer with TEE or CT experience, or experience in structural heart devices • Certification in RDCS within ARDMS or equivalent certification (e.g., Nursing (RN/BSN/MSN), Physician Assistant (PA-C), CV Sonography, Cardiovascular Technician) preferred • Good imaging analysis software skills, such as 3Mensio, TomTec, Vitrea, or Circle VI • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Ability to guide and instruct imaging specialists on imaging equipment operation • Strong diplomacy, influencing, and relationship management skills • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to work collaboratively with inter-departmental teams, HCPs, and KOLs • Substantial knowledge of cardiovascular science and valvular heart disease processes • Substantial understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology relevant to medical products • Substantial knowledge of cardiovascular imaging principles, theories, and concepts • Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices • Successful completion of Field Training Program and certification in case management, 3 Mensio management, and 150 cases as a primary FCS • Must be a Certified Field Trainer who has successfully mentored employees through the TMTT Field Training Program or serves as an in-house mentor • Ability to work in a team environment and represent the organization on projects • Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel and coordinate across organizations • Adherence to company rules, pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules, injury prevention, and environmental protection requirements
