📋 Description

• Develop clinical education materials in connection with clinical investigations • Provide clinical expertise and insights on the device, procedure and protocol throughout the clinical investigation lifecycle • Certify centers, physicians, related staff, and Edwards personnel according to Edwards SOPs • Interact with key opinion leaders and proctors • Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on device handling, implantation, troubleshooting, products, and procedures • Develop and continuously improve training curricula, materials, and tools • Provide follow-up support during commercial procedures to ensure continuity of education and technical support • Plan and implement growth strategies within focused accounts with Sales and Sales Management • Upsell in key strategic accounts with Business Managers • Validate software and hardware updates in the field • Review clinical support activities, market and account changes, and competitive activity with the NSM and Sales Specialist • Perform other incidental duties

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience • Bachelor's Degree in a related field • Training experience in a clinical / technical environment • Experience in interventional cardiology strongly preferred, or in a related area such as structural heart or coronary • Preferred location: Lyon (69) • Willingness to travel up to 40% • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and ability to operate general office machinery • Good written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal relationship, negotiating, and relationship management skills • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Moderate knowledge and understanding of cardiovascular science • Moderate understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology • Moderate understanding of medical device regulatory requirements and documents, device accountability, and adverse-event reporting • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion • Strict attention to detail • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work in a team environment, including interdepartmental teams and specific projects • Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships • Adherence to company rules and requirements, including pandemic protocols and Environmental Health & Safety rules • Ability to take control measures to prevent injuries, protect the environment, and prevent pollution
