📋 Description

• Alongside S&T Account Directors, help identify client event needs, build & maintain relationships, and execute account strategy. • Provide consistency for the client and sound program knowledge across multiple events within the same account. • Assist the S&T AD(s) with the overall program experience, mentor, advise, guide junior team members, and build loyalty with clients and work independently toward the success of their events. • Continue the responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager on assigned programs. • Work alongside the S&T ADs to reinforce EEG’s aspirations and amplify the five critical behaviors for success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Expert knowledge of sponsorship industry • Minimum 5+ years of Corporate event management or related sponsor/tradeshow management • Expert level understanding of event management scope and ability to lead the planning process • Minimum of 3-4 years of direct client management • Exceptional negotiation and budget management skills • Computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar applications • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience (preferred) • Knowledge of sponsor management and fulfillment or strong customer service background (preferred)
