• Plan, maintain, and manage LS Cable's sales in a defined territory • Manage independent sales representative organizations, sales to distribution, distribution sales to contractors, and end users • Execute technical specification activities to increase brand image and brand identity for LS Cable products • Conduct targeted customer calls, technical presentations, and speaking engagements • Coordinate efforts with LS Cable manufacturers' representatives
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field • Minimum of 7 years relevant electrical cable industry experience and/or training • Current familiarity and contacts in the designated territory are required • Market knowledge of the electrical wire and cable for commercial and industrial applications • Superior communication (written and verbal) talents, presentation, and negotiation skills • General technical comprehension of the properties and standards for electrical wire and cable • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from top management, clients, and customers • Ability to analyze pricing and contribution margin • Ability to derive an optimal solution • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
