📋 Description

• Works with prospective customers to assist them in identifying and securing a mortgage loan that is appropriate for their individual financial circumstances • Spends 80% or more of working time outside of Fulton office locations building relationships and soliciting first mortgages with realtors, builders, accountants and other external referral sources to obtain mortgage loan applications • Develops and expands referral sources outside of Fulton Bank • Maintains regular contact with Realtors and attends open house events • Meets with builders on job sites to discuss lending options • Collects and analyzes applicant’s financial information • Recommends terms and conditions of mortgage loans • Engages in customer specific persuasive sales activity • Completes paperwork related to the loans originated

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) • 1 or more years recent residential mortgage lending experience to include experience in the local market (Required) • 1 or more years proven ability to develop referral sources from contacts and relationships outside the organization (Required)
