• Build and grow a school network — develop strong, trust-based relationships with teachers, class coordinators and school staff, positioning EF as their go-to partner for language travel programs • Drive B2B2C sales — work with educators to inspire and convert their students (aged 7–17) into EF program participants, guiding families through the enrollment process • Represent EF in the field — attend school events, fairs and info meetings to build brand awareness, generate leads and strengthen your local presence • Implement local marketing activities — develop and execute promotional initiatives within your territory to keep EF top of mind among schools and families • Manage your pipeline — maintain an organised and up-to-date customer database, tracking leads and opportunities to maximise conversion • Deliver outstanding after-sales service — support enrolled students and their families throughout the journey, ensuring a high-quality experience that drives referrals and repeat business • Hit your targets — take ownership of your individual sales goals with a proactive, results-driven mindset
• 1–3 years of sales experience as a Sales Representative with an active Partita IVA • B2B2C or channel sales experience — a background in selling through intermediaries such as teachers, school coordinators or institutional partners is a strong advantage • Resilient and persistent — motivated by overcoming objections and energised by the challenge of opening new doors • Excellent relationship builder — you genuinely connect with people and know how to identify win-win solutions • Entrepreneurial spirit — comfortable managing your own schedule, territory and priorities independently • Calm under pressure — able to consistently perform and meet targets in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting • Fully fluent in Italian; working knowledge of English is a plus
