📋 Description

• Build friendly and professional relationships with customers. • Align expectations with customers in the assigned portfolio, identify opportunities, and present results through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). • Identify and create business and expansion opportunities. • Own the customer service strategy and customer engagement, striving for a high NPS and taking action based on its results. • Ensure excellent service and deepen knowledge during customer interactions, creating value for customers. • Develop strategic initiatives to engage the assigned customer portfolio. • Build strong relationships with each customer and maintain stable contract health, creating opportunities for expansion. • Monitor, address, and reverse churn. • Build customer loyalty through friendly and productive relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or related fields. • Strong logical reasoning and aptitude for analyzing data and information. • Strong organizational skills to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Experience in customer service within a Customer Success function. • Professional demeanor that builds credibility with a wide range of customer profiles. • Resilience when handling high-pressure situations, customer resistance, and multiple demands. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to be clear and assertive. • Experience and solid knowledge of government bidding and procurement processes.
