📋 Description

• Provide support and conduct technical analyses of bidding processes. • Prepare documents and manage related documentation deadlines. • Support operational activities for planning public-sector procurements in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the client’s internal guidelines. • Support preliminary studies, risk analyses, market price research, and the preparation of reference documents. • Support the planning and oversight of IT solution procurements. • Support supplier selection, the management of price registration instruments, computerized procurement management systems, and information management and analysis systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Certification not required. • Preferred experience: 3 years in technical qualification for similar processes, contracts and bids, and electronic reverse auctions. • Technical knowledge of Information Technology. • Knowledge of bid notice analysis.
