• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and key project decisions • Support workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings by preparing materials, capturing outcomes, and tracking actions • Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps, decision logs, risk registers, and dependency trackers • Assist with solution design discussions and architecture documentation • Support project governance, testing, deployment readiness, and follow-up activities • Research SAP SuccessFactors functionality, releases, and HR technology trends • Prepare presentations, workshop materials, and customer-facing documentation • Collaborate with consultants, architects, and project stakeholders across multiple initiatives
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role within SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects is strongly preferred • We are also open to candidates who have gained implementation project experience with other HRIS platforms such as Workday, Workforce Software, Oracle HCM, UKG, Cornerstone, or similar solutions • Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, or Performance & Goals • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, workshop support, and stakeholder management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Strong attention to detail and a structured, organized way of working • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment • Proactive and tech-savvy mindset
