âą Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects âą Review and analyze construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications âą Utilize digitalized estimation software for material take-offs âą Clarify project scope and expectations through client interactions âą Monitor project tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups âą Collaborate with US-based clients and procurement teams to ensure project standards and competitive pricing âą Maintain professional client relationships to support ongoing satisfaction and business growth âą Assist in documentation processes, purchase orders, meeting minutes, and supplier/vendor communications
đŻ Requirements
âą Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field âą Strong attention to detail in analyzing construction drawings âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills âą Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AutoCAD âą Basic mathematical competency with strong analytical skills âą 0-2 years of experience in cost estimation or related field âą Proficiency in AutoCAD and any Estimation tool âą Familiarity with construction standards and blueprint reading âą Experience with International projects (Not Mandatory) âą Knowledge of CSI MasterFormat or similar estimation standards
