⢠Spearhead sales and business development. ⢠Grow our business by finding prospects and diligently following up with them. ⢠Using our CRM system and optimize the sales pipeline. ⢠Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings (super visa, tourist visa, PR, LMIA etc) of the company ⢠Coordinate with the other departments to find the most suitable options for new leads ⢠Communicate with new leads using different channels (Facebook, Instagram, chats, phone etc.) ⢠Follow up with leads and update their lead status ⢠Work on building out and maintaining a solid pipeline of potential new business ⢠Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities ⢠Develop and manage efficient networks for business development ⢠Keep prospective client database/CRM updated ⢠Help other departments whenever required ⢠Create content for marketing and business development
⢠Excellent communication skills ⢠You must have at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Preferred Marketing, Media, or Business. ⢠Must have computer/Laptop and smartphone ⢠CRM Experience preferred ⢠Must have experience in marketing and sales using CRM ⢠Creative mindset ⢠Strong computer and IT skills. ⢠Ability to use different tools. ⢠Professional and Mature ⢠Has a " Superior Customer Experience " Mentality
