📋 Description

• Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, and/or iSpring Suite • Publish courses in SCORM (1.2 / SCORM 2004) and ensure proper LMS tracking • Configure tracking for completion, progress, quiz scores, and time spent • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate content into effective learning experiences • Review and test courses inside the LMS to ensure functionality and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design • Strong experience with at least one major authoring tool (Storyline 360, Rise 360, Captivate, or iSpring) • Solid understanding of SCORM standards and LMS behavior • Experience exporting and uploading SCORM packages to LMS platforms • Ability to build quizzes, interactions, and assessments • Portfolio of eLearning samples • Fluent in English • Flexible and good communication
