📋 Description

• Responsible for clerical and administrative tasks to support the Customs Entry Writers and the entry preparation process • Analyze and prepare electronic entry documents • Analyze and key information from documents into the operating system • Manage workflow tasks • Document tracking • Create entry packets by maintaining and combining electronic documents • File turnover preparation • Entering billing / notes as needed • Perform tasks according to internal and external SOPs in a timely and accurate manner • Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) • 0-2 years of experience handling large amounts of data and documents preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word • Time management skills and ability to work with high volumes of tasks on tight deadlines • Ability to compare and analyze data on electronic documents • Excellent verbal and written communication • High attention to detail • Ability to read and interpret general business documents • Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence • Ability to work with peers and communicate basic concepts • Ability to solve practical problems through standardized solutions that require limited judgment • Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve routine problems • Must be eligible to work in the United States
