• Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating and delivering pharmaceutical events, meetings and congresses • Assist with attendee management, logistics coordination, supplier communication and project administration • Prepare project documentation, reporting materials and tracking tools • Maintain project timelines, action logs and event documentation with accuracy and attention to detail • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple projects • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adopt new tools, technologies and ways of working • Work 100% on one key pharmaceutical client
• 2–4 years of experience in event management, event coordination or project coordination roles • Previous experience in an event agency environment • Experience supporting corporate, pharmaceutical or healthcare events • Strong organisational and multitasking skills • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken • Availability to travel regularly • Bonus: Experience with Cvent, including attendee management and registration processes • Bonus: Understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare compliance requirements
