📋 Description

• Monitor and track the status of trucks and shipments to ensure timely deliveries. • Schedule and manage appointments for pickups and deliveries. • Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data. • Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff. • Preparation of reports for the logistics department. • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. • Respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding shipping status and logistics. • Participate in team meetings to discuss logistics planning and strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred. • Previous experience in logistics, administration, or a related field is preferred. • Advanced Excel Skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with logistics software or tools is an advantage.
