📋 Description

• Conduct technical discussions with the client • Own and internalize the client's needs and the commercial scope • Prepare technical and commercial proposals • Serve as the primary interface with the client • Manage mono- or multi-disciplinary teams • Oversee the execution of subcontractor orders/work • Deliver the project ensuring safety, security, and quality • Manage deviations and potential contract amendments/change orders • Ensure reporting and liaise with internal and external governance bodies • Conduct lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering or a general university degree • Minimum 5 years' experience in operational management and leading multidisciplinary teams • Knowledge of the nuclear environment (experience in fuel and nuclear decommissioning is a plus) • Technical skills (civil engineering, geotechnics, electrical systems, ventilation, basic nuclear safety knowledge, construction methods, scheduling) • Strong drafting, analytical, synthesis and communication skills
