📋 Description

• Advise and support customers in developing tailored solutions and fostering long-term customer relationships • Professionally present products, solutions, and concepts on site at customer locations • Actively support the development of sales and marketing strategies • Maintain and expand customer relationships • Grow the customer base through product and service bundling, as well as new customer acquisition • Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations • Independently conduct order negotiations and reviews • Provide commercial and technical advice and develop customer-specific solutions in cooperation with merchandisers • Work closely with the back office, inside sales, and merchandisers to ensure smooth processing • Work from a home office within the assigned sales territory

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training • Professional experience as a Field Sales Representative • Strong hands-on mentality • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team • Independent and structured working style • Sales-oriented mindset • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel • Knowledge of Microsoft Navision ERP is an advantage • Class B driving licence • Willingness to travel
