• Manage and optimize sales and operational processes to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. • Maintain and analyze CRM data to ensure accuracy and provide actionable insights. • Support forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting. • Coordinate order processing, account management, and customer onboarding activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations. • Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions. • Assist with pricing, contracts, renewals, and sales documentation. • Monitor service levels and ensure timely resolution of operational issues. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management and executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, customer success, or a related discipline. • Strong experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools. • Experience using ERP systems and business intelligence platforms is preferred. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
