📋 Description

• Process, route, and manage daily orders across all 3PL locations through Shopify and ShipStation. • Perform daily call-outs for late orders, address corrections, and order exceptions. Coordinate with 3PL partners to resolve issues same-day. • Create and maintain SKUs, barcodes, and product data across all brands and platforms. Ensure catalog accuracy. • Publish daily and weekly fulfillment reports covering order volume, exceptions, and shipping performance. • Cross-train on inbound logistics tasks including domestic freight coordination, FBA/FBT shipment monitoring, and 3PL transfer coordination. • Resolve fulfillment-related inquiries (tracking, delivery issues, replacements) within SLA targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce fulfillment, order management, or logistics coordination. • Hands-on proficiency with Shopify (order processing, product management). • Working experience with ShipStation (order management, label generation, exception handling). • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central (FBA shipment tracking, inventory monitoring, FBM order management). • Advanced Excel skills—pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, data manipulation. • Strong written English for 3PL, carrier, and internal correspondence. • Comfortable working across multiple systems (ClickUp, NetSuite, or similar ERP/project management tools). • Self-directed and detail-oriented. You take ownership of your work and catch errors before they ship.
