EKOSYSTEM is the provider of the EMTRACK telematics platform for GPS monitoring and fleet management. The system (web and mobile apps for Android/iOS) offers 24/7 real-time vehicle tracking, historical trip playback, geofencing, customizable alarms and SMS/email notifications, and detailed reporting. EMTRACK integrates with vehicle on-board computers and external sensors (CAN bus, tachographs, fuel probes, accelerometers) to support features such as accident detection and reconstruction, temperature control for refrigerated vehicles, fuel/tank reports, axle load monitoring, battery voltage alerts, engine idle monitoring, service reminders, SOS alarm button, and driver behavior profiling. The solution targets heavy and light fleets, construction machinery and asset protection, aiming to improve operational efficiency and reduce fleet management costs.

📋 Description

• Conduct fauna and flora surveys • Advise operators on biodiversity-friendly scenarios and solutions • Collaborate with specialists in site remediation, industrial risks, air quality, and dismantling/deconstruction • Assume technical, financial, and commercial responsibility for ecological, regulatory, and environmental study projects • Contribute to the business development of the Ecology business line • Prepare proposals and write studies, executive reports, and meeting minutes • Propose consistent technical and cost-effective solutions to control risks • Manage client relationships from proposal stage through contract completion • Build customer loyalty and manage external partners • Ensure the delivery and monitoring of sold services • Contribute to market intelligence and commercial strategy • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects • Ensure the long-term sustainability of commercial relationships • Ensure compliance with health and safety rules • Travel regularly within the assigned region and occasionally across France

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or specialized Master's degree in Environmental Studies (Nature Management and Conservation, Ecology, or Biodiversity), or equivalent experience • At least 5 years of confirmed experience in Douai or 8 years in Fontenay-sous-Bois in the field of ecology • Experience ideally gained in an environmental consultancy • Expertise in a specific area of ecological engineering or biodiversity, particularly fauna and/or flora • Management experience enabling the functional supervision of a project team • Proficiency in ecological survey protocols • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations • Excellent writing skills • Good level of English required (B2–C1) • Category B driver's license required • Immediate availability
