📋 Description
• Work cross-functionally in the Engineering Enablement Platform team. Partner with Product Designers and Engineering teams to advance Elation’s front end practices • Design, develop and expand Elation’s React component library • Architect and design tooling and libraries leveraged by the whole Engineering organization • Promote best practices in CI/CD, performance, testability, accessibility, etc… • Suggest and drive improvement on all parts of the stack and internal development processes • Learn from and mentor other engineers
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years relevant professional experience in front-end software development • Strong React and Redux experience • Strong Experience in Front End build tooling (e.g. webpack, vite, babel..) • Experience in accessibility (principles and tooling), front end performance optimization • Be a self starter. Be curious. Being able to identify problems and build partnerships to come up with solutions. • Ability to communicate complex technical principles to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
