📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document the client's business requirements, ensuring all needs are clearly understood and communicated. • Facilitate communication between the client and the development team, ensuring all parties are aligned. • Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are implemented correctly. • Participate in testing phases, ensuring that all functionalities work as expected and business requirements are met. • Assist in creating training materials and provide support during the deployment phase to ensure a smooth transition.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Requirements Analyst and experience in agile projects. • Experience as a functional consultant for ERP systems. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities. • Familiarity with identifying and resolving issues that may arise during ERP implementation and customization. • Understanding of business processes and operations; experience with financial routines is a plus. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts effectively. • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • Advanced spoken English.
