• Constantly analyze the area's strategic indicators to generate insights, patterns, trends and opportunities for action; • Prepare reports and specific analyses based on the indicators reviewed; • Analyze customer behavior, correlating it with area results and identifying patterns; • Propose customer service strategies; • Propose initiatives and processes that add value to the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction; • Stay up to date on social media best practices; • Work with leadership to deepen collected insights, discuss directions and co-create solutions; • Monitor and track results from implemented improvements; • Ensure good knowledge management by creating structured records of collected insights and completed projects; • Collaborate with other company areas to build solutions that impact the customer experience.
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed; • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel, including creating dashboards, charts and pivot tables; • Customer service experience is desirable; • Knowledge of social media dynamics; • Experience creating and monitoring operational indicators; • Analytical profile with a passion for analysis; • Interest in working in diverse, collaborative environments.
