📋 Description

• Assist in implementing Change Management strategies for organizational transformation projects. • Conduct Change Management maturity assessments for Credit and Business Solutions, identifying opportunities for intervention. • Map training needs and support the creation of learning paths. • Monitor outcome indicators for the Credit and Business Solutions workstreams, proposing actions and future improvements. • Provide reports and executive alignment on the organization’s main changes. • Carry out engagement, awareness and mobilization activities with Credit and Business Solutions teams together with central offices and cooperatives. • Act as a liaison with partner areas impacted by changes. • Serve as a champion for the topic within the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Communication, People Management (Human Resources) or related fields. • Proven experience in Change Management, Projects or Processes. • Experience designing and executing communication, engagement and training plans. • Experience working in complex, matrixed environments with interfaces between business, technology and operations. • Knowledge of methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci or equivalents. • Skill and experience facilitating workshops, forums and ceremonies with multiple stakeholders. • Knowledge of the financial sector, credit, product management or cooperativism will be considered a plus.
