📋 Description

• Lead project safety initiatives, conduct inspections and audits, provide training and coaching, and foster a culture of proactive safety awareness • Partner with Construction and Project Managers to enhance safety compliance and foster a Zero Harm safety culture • Collect and analyze leading indicator data to detect trends and implement measures to continuously improve project safety performance and culture • Be the go-to safety resource for EPCS team members and clients, ensuring adherence to safety standards and industry best practices on all EPCS construction projects

🎯 Requirements

• OSHA 30 trained (or MSHA equivalent) and current training in First Aid, CPR, and AED • Bachelor’s degree in safety or a professional safety certification (e.g., CUSP, CSP), or at least 5 years of safety management experience • Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) Certification is preferred • Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) experience a plus • Strong experience with application-based safety management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office • Willingness to relocate and reside near the project site • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with clients and contractors
