• Build, launch, and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and PMax) • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve strict CPL and ROAS targets • Design and refine high-converting landing pages targeted at the renewable energy market • Build and manage sophisticated CRM automations and lead-flow integrations using GoHighLevel • Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Account Management team to align messaging and execute growth strategies • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and contribute to long-term client strategy • Communicate results internally and support account managers in maintaining our 95% client retention rate
• Minimum 5 years of experience launching, optimizing, and scaling lead generation ads on Meta • Proven experience in landing page design and conversion rate optimization (CRO) • Demonstrated ability to integrate landing pages with CRMs and build lead-nurturing workflows • Strong background in PPC, marketing automation, and data-driven decision-making • A no-nonsense approach to performance marketing with a focus on hitting KPI targets (CPL <£60) • Must be based in South Africa • Strict 9–5 working hours in the GMT (UK) timezone
