📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve top-line growth and profitable product mix • Collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to expand assortment and support new product introductions • Analyze sales trends and performance metrics to create actionable plans for improvement • Manage territory advertising and promotional budgets to maximize ROI • Oversee training initiatives for retail sales teams to strengthen brand advocacy • Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring order fulfillment and resolving backorder issues • Participate in business reviews and deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of sales experience with major retail customers; assisted selling floor experience preferred • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
