📋 Description

• Develop and enhance new functionality for the platform • Design and implement scalable backend services • Participate in architecture and technical discussions • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code • Collaborate with distributed teams across the project • For Team Lead: Drive technical decisions and implementation strategy • For Team Lead: Mentor and support team members • For Team Lead: Ensure engineering best practices and code quality standards • For Team Lead: Participate in planning, estimation, and coordination activities • For Team Lead: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and other development teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial experience in software development • Strong commercial experience with C#, .NET 8+ and modern development practices • Experience with Entity Framework • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server • Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Service Bus • Experience developing RESTful APIs • Knowledge of unit testing and xUnit • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English • For Team Lead: Experience leading or mentoring engineers • For Team Lead: Experience making technical decisions and driving implementation approaches • For Team Lead: Ability to coordinate development activities and support the team • For Team Lead: Experience taking ownership of technical solutions and delivery • Nice to have: Experience in Healthcare or Insurance domains • Nice to have: Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf
