📋 Description

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID • Review and organize accounts and licenses • Manage roles, permissions, and security policies • Close orphaned mailboxes • Enforce MFA and Conditional Access • Set up and maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for all domains • Assess, handle, and document security alerts from Defender and Entra ID • Review and clean up third-party consent, enterprise apps, and app permissions • Implement scripted onboarding and offboarding workflows for Microsoft, HubSpot, Atlassian, GitHub, AI tools, and other SaaS services • Manage domains, DNS, mail configuration, and mailbox moves and migrations • Monitor deliverability and spam protection, including sender reputation and blacklist monitoring • Administer HubSpot user and permission management, as well as Microsoft integrations • Manage team accounts and access for AI tools such as Claude and GitHub • Maintain connectors and MCP integrations with Microsoft 365, HubSpot, and Jira • Develop scripts and small tools using Claude Code or comparable tools • Keep runbooks and documentation up to date with AI assistance • Handle recurring IT requests through assistants • Serve as the first point of contact for IT questions within the team • Coordinate external service providers and software vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of proven hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID in a live business environment • Previous responsibility for a mail environment, or experience setting up or remediating one • Knowledge of how SPF, DKIM, and DMARC work together • Proficiency in DNS and domain management • Scripting experience with PowerShell or Microsoft Graph for automation • Practical experience using Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or comparable tools for scripting, analysis, and documentation • Independent and structured approach to work • Clear communication in German with non-technical colleagues • Nice to have: Administrative experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM • Nice to have: AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor • Nice to have: Automation platforms such as Make or Power Automate • Nice to have: MCP integrations and AI assistants connected to enterprise data • Nice to have: Tenant migrations • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of information security and data protection, ISO 27001, or the BSI IT-Grundschutz framework • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 or SC-300 are welcome but do not replace practical experience
