• Design and develop pneumatic systems, compressed air distribution networks, and air-operated equipment • Perform air consumption calculations, pressure drop analysis, and system sizing • Select pneumatic components including cylinders, valves, FRLs, manifolds, tubing, and fittings • Create and maintain pneumatic schematics and engineering documentation • Troubleshoot pneumatic system issues during manufacturing, installation, and operation • Collaborate with controls, mechanical, and project engineering teams • Identify opportunities to reduce compressed air consumption and improve system efficiency • Support customer sites with technical reviews and problem resolution • Assist in designing and developing current and new products • Create necessary 2D and 3D drawings and manufacturing details • Provide systems pricing proposals • Support consultants with design and specification development • Provide 3D modeling with structural component information from shop drawings and bills of materials • Perform work with other disciplines • Communicate with customers and other engineers • Improve continuously through feedback • Maintain expert-level product knowledge and application expertise • Organize engineering files in SharePoint and local server
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience • 1 year or above of experience focused on the design and installation of pneumatic systems preferred • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Strong computer skills in AutoCAD required • Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and Autodesk Inventor • US Visa a plus • Valid passport a plus • Passion for new technology, intralogistics, and automation • Ability to be flexible, open-minded, and willing to consider new ideas • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances • Ability to spend time making repetitive motions • Ability to spend time sitting in front of a computer
