📋 Description

• Own quality engineering at Element451 • Set quality strategy across the full SDLC • Lead, manage, and grow the quality engineering team • Build and curate the quality system • Make quality measurable and legible • Champion agentic AI across practice • Stay hands-on in testing and design • Partner across Engineering and Product

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in quality engineering including experience with multi-tenant SaaS • Proven experience leading quality practices and teams • Strong hands-on engineering skills • Track record of owning quality systems across SDLC • Practical experience with modern test automation • Ability to own quality for AI features • Thought leadership in agentic AI for quality • Excellent written communication skills
