📋 Description

• Support the Product Manager with the preparation of the product specification, user stories, business analysis, prioritization, and other project management activities to enhance the team’s velocity • Work closely with the Product Manager and Tech Lead to define the test strategy, plan, scenarios, and cases, and collaborate on testing requirements and activities as a core part of the business rollout strategy. • Drive the testing lifecycle for AI components, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and quality of AI-driven features • Support the engineering team with product and business knowledge and testing data • Actively participate in refinement ceremonies, providing estimations (from the QA side) and uncovering edge cases • Drive the whole QA process and testing lifecycle • Measure and report key quality metrics to the team and stakeholders • Drive the product launch checklist documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications • Experience with Postman or a similar tool for API testing • Proven ability to work independently on a project as the only QA • Highly self-organized, detail-oriented, reliable team player • Ability to clearly communicate and efficiently coordinate the team • Experience with creating test documentation (test strategy, test plan, test scenarios, and test cases) • Strong analytical thinking and ability to uncover edge cases • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines. • Experience with test automation is a plus (Typescript, Playwright or Cypress) • Professional proficiency in English in both verbal and written communication.
