📋 Description
• Review Bills of Sale, factory invoices, vendor upfit invoices, and Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, tax questions, and payment inquiries. • Manage Service Cloud cases and respond to internal/external questions related to capping transactions. • Verify vehicle details (make, model, year, VIN) and coordinate corrections with vendors and internal teams. • Support vendor setup, tax ID validation, and collaboration with Supplier Services and Accounts Payable. • Update capping systems and ensure documentation visibility for internal users and clients. • Partner with Acquisitions, FPS, Vehicle Processing, Title & Registration, Tax, and Accounting teams to resolve issues. • Contribute to process improvements, SOP updates, and system testing initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently • Knowledge of the fleet industry is a strong plus.
